So maybe you found out recently that the Library was your Valentine (see Are you in a relationship… with the Library?), or maybe you’ve just got a question that you want to ask us. There are a number of ways you can get in touch…
If you’ve got a particular enquiry you can send the library an email to [email protected] and the relevant person or team will pick it up, so if you’re having trouble searching that database, want to ask for help with that tricky reference for your essay, need to get hold of an article that the Library doesn’t have, or have a question about your Library account, just ask.
Did you notice there is a feedback button on the Library website? It’s under the contact section at the bottom of every Library webpage. We’re happy to hear all your comments (but we like compliments best!).
You can follow the Library on Twitter @warwicklibrary and can ask us questions here too – as long as you can fit them into 140 characters or less!
We’re on Facebook as well – not only can you find out what events are coming up and keep up with the latest Study Blog posts, you can comment and have your say here too.
Come and chat to us over a free lunch! From 12.30pm-1.30pm on Thursday 3 March we’re hosting a lunch where you can come to have your say about the skills and wellbeing services that the Library provides for undergraduates. It doesn’t matter whether or not you’ve used these services before, so anyone studying at undergraduate level can find out more and sign up here: studyhappy.eventbrite.co.uk. Everyone who attends will be placed in a draw to win a £20 voucher.
Finally, if you’re actually in the Library you can talk to Library staff. If we can’t help straight away we’ll try to find out who can. Don’t forget if it’s a computer problem you want to talk about you can ask the IT Services helpdesk on floor 1 of the Library.
So there we have it, lots of ways you can have your say and keep your relationship with the Library going strong.
