Is it common to fail Nclex at 75 questions?
The NCLEX is not based on a percentage of questions answered correctly. You can answer any number of questions between 75 and 265, and it could be a pass or fail. Your score is based on the computer’s estimate of your ability to answer medium-difficult questions correctly at least 50% of the time.
